Summit Health is a small, independent project about eating whole, unprocessed food. This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the email list.

What I collect

When you join the list I collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, which ebook you would like first. Nothing else is asked for.

How it is used

Your email is used only to send you the free 10 Easy Swaps guide, news about the ebooks, and the occasional Summit Health newsletter. Your details are never sold or shared with anyone else for their own marketing.

Who handles it

The email list is run through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), an email service provider, which stores your email address on Summit Health's behalf. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs to keep the site running. The signup form loads a small script from Kit so the form works; there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

How long it is kept

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details held about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or object to how they are used. To do any of that, email info.summitinc@gmail.com. If you are not happy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
